89pk Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "89pk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 89pk platform accessible at 89pk.org and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 89pk website, gaming environment, sportsbook, live casino, and all related services made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a player upon completing the 89pk registration process.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 89pk Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player and held in their 89pk account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an account that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting volume a player must complete before Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 89pk, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the 89pk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and 89pk with respect to your use of the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to 89pk is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction applies to all services on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and virtual sports. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 89pk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

89pk primarily serves players in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to the Platform is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using 89pk does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your location. 89pk makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an account you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number (for JazzCash / EasyPaisa integration) or bank account details;
• Create a unique, secure password for your account;
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the 89pk Privacy Policy;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 89pk or any of its affiliated entities.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 89pk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 89pk reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any Bonus Balance held therein. Requests to merge duplicate accounts will not be accommodated.

4 Account Obligations

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your 89pk account remains accurate and up to date. Any change in your name, address, mobile number, or payment details must be reported to our support team promptly. 89pk is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 89pk immediately via live chat or email. 89pk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 89pk is required under its licensing obligations to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport;
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing your registered mobile number);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal requests being held pending and, in cases of non-compliance, account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to 89pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. 89pk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK retail cash channels. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. 89pk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

89pk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns and to request source of funds documentation before crediting or releasing funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by a fully KYC-verified account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

89pk reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct is suspected. In such cases, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 89pk may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

89pk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and free-play credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 89pk promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above with fully registered accounts;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any portion can be withdrawn;
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in Bonus Balance being forfeited;
• 89pk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of completed wagering cycles.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules for sports betting markets, live betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and slots are published in the respective game help sections and sportsbook rules pages within the 89pk Platform. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 89pk does not accept requests to cancel confirmed wagers except where explicitly permitted under specific sporting event rules (e.g., void bets due to postponement);
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded prior to the bet being accepted will be voided;
• Palpable errors in odds — including but not limited to manifest pricing mistakes — will be voided at 89pk's discretion. Winnings from palpably incorrect odds will not be paid;
• 89pk uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all casino and slot games. RNG certification details are available on request;
• The maximum payout per bet or per game round is subject to limits published on the Platform. Winnings in excess of these limits will be capped at the stated maximum;
• 89pk reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict market access, or close accounts that exploit promotional offers or demonstrate arbitrage betting patterns.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89pk Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of free bets and bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.

Violations of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), voiding of pending bets, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 89pk Platform, including but not limited to the 89pk brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 89pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 89pk.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89pk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your Real Money Balance at the time of the relevant incident.

89pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Reliance on any information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 89pk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Termination

You may close your 89pk account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds.

89pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction;
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed for reasons of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, 89pk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

13 Amendments

89pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 89pk will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 89pk Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 89pk's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under the applicable licensing framework.

For disputes of a financial nature not exceeding Rs 50,000, 89pk operates an internal fast-track resolution process. Submit your dispute in writing to our support team, and we will provide a written response within five business days.
